Interra Freight Director to Speak at 2018 Cold Chain Summit

Our own Jason Lloyd will be a speaker at second annual Cold Chain Summit: Cold Gateways Expansion – Farm to Table & Beyond

In transporting over 20,000 TEUs each year, Jason and his team serve customers in more than 80 countries and 100 trade lanes!

Jason’s extensive experience in sales, marketing and sales support, in addition to his MBA in International Business, give him a wealth of experience to draw from in his role as Interra’s Freight Director. He has been active in various national freight and international business associations, including board membership of the Midwest Global Trade Association, where he also served as President in 2014. He and his wife enjoy Chapel Hill, NC, where they oversee the transportation of their three children and sharpen their negotiation skills on a daily basis while raising them.

The Second Annual Cold Chain Summit: Cold Gateways Expansion – Farm to Table & Beyond includes attendees like farmers and other food producers, food manufacturers, fresh processors, wholesalers, distributors and retailers, and all parties throughout the supply chain who specialize in refrigerated transportation services from local to state to global needs. The summit brings together key industry leaders in historic Wilmington for a day-long program to discuss current markets, shipping patterns, consumer behavior and environmental impacts, among other vital cold chain topics.
