The Interra Commercial Trainee Program (ICTP) gives entry-level professionals the opportunity to build international business skills and acumen through immersion within a culturally diverse company where great minds, the global food industry, and technology intersect.

The ICTP is approximately 12 months in length, and provides participants with rotations through essential functions of Interra’s Operations Department including Global Trade Compliance and Documentation, Logistics, Risk Management. After one year of employment and successful completion of the program, participants will be eligible for placement in an Associate Sales Manager position based on business need. Progression through each stage of this program is dependent upon the participant’s successful completion of established learning and development milestones and performance measures.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 1-2 years of work experience
  • Must pass reference and background check
  • Must hold a valid passport, or ability to obtain one
  • Up to 20% domestic and international travel may be required
  • Language Abilities: Spanish, Mandarin, Vietnamese, or Korean
